Two jars, one lucky draw

You have 50 green balls, 50 red balls, and two empty jars. Put all the balls into the jars, with at least one ball in each jar.

Someone picks a jar with a 1/2 chance for each, then draws a ball at random from that jar. What is the highest chance of drawing green you can get by arranging the balls?
